Payment of outstanding fines by non-residents at the border checkpoints when entering Macao SAR

According to Article 17 of the Decree-Law no. 52/99/M of 4 October, the Coercive Collection Bureau of the Financial Services Bureau (DSF) is the law-enforcing body to collect outstanding fines.

In accordance to Article 18 of the same Decree-Law, any non-resident of the Macao SAR who has not paid off any fine will be refused to enter Macao SAR.

In collaboration with other government departments and organizations, ATM machines have been installed at the following checkpoints for payment of these fines. After payment is made, non-resident violator will be legible to enter Macao SAR.

ATM machines have been installed at the following border checkpoints:
- Police Subdivision at Border Gate Checkpoint;
- Police Subdivision at COTAI Checkpoint;
- Police Subdivision at Hong Kong-Macao Ferry Terminal Checkpoint;
- Police Subdivision at Macao International Airport Checkpoint;
- Police Subdivision at Taipa Ferry Terminal Checkpoint.
