The Taxpayer Support Office has the responsibility to collect complaints and views put forward by the taxpayers related to service or tax matters in progress. The office deals with the cases immediately and the results are reported straight to the Director.
The Taxpayer Support Office does not replace or supervise any DSF unit or sub-unit.
It is an office where complaints are collected and analysed, with the objective of proposing necessary measurements to be taken in order to correct any detrimental treatments, which prejudice taxpayers’ legal interest.

A face-to-face consultation with an official is possible on Tuesdays, from 3:00 p.m.
